These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mintify ("App"), operated by Mintify ("we", "our", "us").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to redeem rewards.
- One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, device, and IP address. Multiple accounts will lead to a permanent ban.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
2. Reward System (Points)
- Points: Virtual currency earned through Skill Games, Unity Rewarded Ads, and Offerwalls (Playtime). Points have no cash value until a valid redemption is approved.
- Redemption: Minimum withdrawal is currently 5,000 points. Conversion rates are subject to change via remote configuration.
- Payouts: Processed within 24-48 hours. Users are responsible for providing correct PayPal, Airtm, or wallet details.
3. Prohibited Conduct (Anti-Fraud)
To maintain fairness, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of VPNs, Proxies, or VPS.
- Use of Emulators or Rooted/Jailbroken devices (detected via
safe_device). - Automation (bots, scripts, auto-clickers).
- Exploiting bugs in Skill Games (Memory Match, Speed Math, etc.) to gain unfair points.
Penalty: Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.
4. Third-Party Services
- Ads: Unity Ads provides monetization. Interaction is required to earn certain rewards.
- Offerwalls: Tasks are provided by third parties (e.g., Playtime). We are not responsible for their internal task tracking.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific amount of earnings.
- We are not liable for points lost due to user error or third-party outages.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the integrity of our reward system.
