Mintify ("we", "our", "us") provides a mobile app where users can play skill-based games (Flame Engine), earn points, watch rewarded videos (Unity Ads), complete tasks via Offerwalls (Playtime SDK/WebView), and redeem eligible rewards (PayPal, Airtm, eSewa, Khalti).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

Account and profile information

  • Email address and Display Name (via Google Sign-In).
  • Profile photo URL.
  • Country and language preferences.
  • Unique User ID (UID) linked to our Supabase backend.

App usage and rewards information

  • Skill Games: Scores and outcomes from Memory Match, Speed Math, Color Sorting, etc.
  • Unity Ads: Interaction with rewarded and interstitial advertisements.
  • Offerwalls: Completion status and points awarded from Playtime and other providers.
  • Ledger: Full transaction history of points earned and spent.

Redemption and payout information

  • Payout destination details (PayPal email, Airtm ID, eSewa/Khalti phone numbers).
  • Account holder name and bank name for verification.
  • Redemption status and transaction records.

Support information

  • Support ticket logs and screenshot attachments.

Device and technical information

  • Device model, OS version, and IP address.
  • Ad-related identifiers (Android Advertising ID).
  • Fraud Prevention: Signals from the safe_device package (root/emulator detection).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To manage your account and point balance.
  • To process and approve your redemption requests.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse (VPN use, multi-accounting), and security violations.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To deliver and measure Unity Ads and Offerwall monetization.

3. Sharing of Information

We share data with:

  • Supabase: For secure authentication and database storage.
  • Unity Ads: For serving rewarded advertisements.
  • Offerwall Partners (e.g., Playtime): To verify task completions.
  • Payment Processors: Only the data necessary to complete your withdrawal.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time via the Profile settings. Upon completion, personal data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for fraud prevention or legal audit trails.
